Enjoy the delicious flavor combination of the aged balsamic vinegar and the tender chicken!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Della Terra Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Della Terra balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

PREPARATION

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and dried rosemary. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat until it starts to thicken and reduce, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the chicken broth to the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, making sure to coat them well with the balsamic glaze.
  8. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chicken in the glaze for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve the Balsamic Glazed Chicken with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
