INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with Bacon Olive Oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring once halfway through cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Optional: If desired, sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
  7. Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a flavorful addition to salads or pasta dishes.
