Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Olive Oil
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp Bacon Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with Bacon Olive Oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Optional: If desired, sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot as a side dish or as a flavorful addition to salads or pasta dishes.
