Vanilla Ice Cream with Olive Oil and Sea Salt

INGREDIENTS

• vanilla ice cream
• extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt flakes

PREPARATION

1. Place 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a cup or bowl
2. Drizzle Della Terra Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil over the ice cream
3. Sprinkle a pinch of coarse sea salt over the top
